1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using ExcelDriving G1 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Purpose of the App
ExcelDriving G1 is an educational tool designed to help Ontario residents practice for the G1 knowledge test. It offers 352 practice questions covering all topics from the official Driver's Handbook. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) or any government body.
3. No Guarantee of Test Success
While we strive to keep content accurate and up-to-date based on the Ontario MTO Driver's Handbook 2026, we make no warranty that using this App will result in passing the official G1 test. Always study the official MTO Driver's Handbook as your primary resource.
4. Accuracy of Content
We make every effort to ensure question accuracy; however, road rules and regulations may change. The App should be used as a supplementary study tool only. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the content.
5. Intellectual Property
- The App's design, code, and branding are the property of ExcelDriving.
- Questions are adapted from the publicly available Ontario MTO Driver's Handbook for educational, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not copy, redistribute, or commercialise any part of the App without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExcelDriving shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including test failure.
7. Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruption of service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
