ExcelDriving G1 ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.
2. Data We Collect
The App stores the following data exclusively on your device using local storage (SharedPreferences):
- Practice and test session history (question IDs, answers, scores)
- Gamification data (XP, level, streaks, achievements)
- Smart Learning data (review queue, bookmarks, per-topic accuracy)
- App preferences (theme, language, default difficulty)
This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to any server, third party, or cloud service.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
- Name, email address, or any personally identifiable information
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Location data
- Usage analytics or crash reporting
- Any data sent to external servers
4. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. There are no in-app purchases or account systems.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is suitable for all ages. Since we collect no personal information whatsoever, there are no specific concerns regarding children's privacy under COPPA or PIPEDA.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
All data is stored locally and can be deleted at any time by:
- Using the Clear All Data option in the Settings screen within the App, or
- Uninstalling the App from your device.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
